Hand sprayed glass globes give this chandelier its character. Each shade carries a slightly different depth of colour, and the glass diffuses the bulb so the light lands soft and even rather than glaring. Fitted with warm LED or Edison bulbs it throws a low, flattering wash across a dining table.

The frame is iron and metal finished in copper or chrome, with curved arms holding the globes at staggered heights. It is a heavier build than the thin reproductions sold at the same price, and the finish is sprayed rather than plated, so it does not flake at the joints.

Three suspension rods ship in the box at 3.9, 7.9 and 11.8 inches, so the drop is set to the room rather than the other way around. It takes standard E26 bulbs, which means no proprietary lamps to source later, and it works with any ordinary wall switch.

The 3 light takes three E26 bulbs and the 5 light takes five. Bulbs are not included, which leaves the choice of warmth open. Any standard LED, Edison or dimmable E26 will fit.

Can this hang over a dining table?

That is what it is built for. With the longest rod fitted the shades sit roughly 30 to 34 inches above a standard table top, which keeps sightlines clear across the table.

Will the colour match across all the shades?

Close, but not identical. The shades are hand sprayed, so small differences in depth of colour are normal and are part of how the piece looks once it is lit.
